Eight regional roundtables took place in the following cities across Canada between May and July 2009:
- Sidney, British Columbia
- Edmonton, Alberta
- Winnipeg, Manitoba
- Thunder Bay, Ontario
- Grimsby, Ontario
- Montreal, Quebec
- Summerside, Prince Edward Island
- Iqaluit, Nunavut
The Council’s first national roundtable was held in November 2009 in Ottawa, Ontario.
